A business is only as good as its employees. Sports activities and the group outings outside working hours are great opportunities for us to bond as a team. That’s why Ferdinand Gross organized its Team Challenge – a program based on activities which puts cooperation and individual personal development on the forefront of teambuilding.
Throughout the year Ferdinand Gross gives its employees the opportunity to participate in company-sponsored events free of charge. Offerings range from rock climbing to dance classes to self-defense and even a football “World Cup” tournament between the various departments.
