This initially sounds very simple and a matter of normal course in business, however managing this total process presents a constant challenge to your day-to-day work. All our actions are subject to this maxim. Innovations, as in the various stages of development of our C-parts management systems, are developed in partnership with our customers in order to ensure that each customer’s requirements are given optimum consideration in this respect. It is our aim to achieve a trustworthy, long-term partnership with our customers. We want to set an example with traditions and values such as honesty, reliability, consistency and openness in the daily cooperation with our customers. Our actions are marked by our environmentally-friendly processes which efficiently use available resources. Simply put: Our products must be there and ready for use – in the right quantity, with the right quality, at the right place, at the right time. We see these tasks and values as an obligation of a modern service provider. Our employees are especially trained with these requirements in mind so that our customers can rely on the "Excellent S/crew" – as they have for the last 145 years and 5 generations already.
